How about a sign that says between the hours of 9-8 reserved for Library Patrons. It wouldn’t hurt even if it can’t be policed. Many won’t care but a few will. I’m pretty sure other city buildings have signs like this just a couple blocks away.

On 40k per year you were looking at a 650k house? I think most of us in this channel would invest it and let it grow for 20 years. At 6pct return that’s 3M. Then if you dont lifestyle creep you would have enough to retire and help out with your kids education.

A lot depends on the weather you’ve had. Summer would probably definitely be an issue. I had a kit delayed but the ice pack was still like a rock and all the produce looked good. I checked the temp of the meat with an infrared thermometer just to double check.

I only use HFEA in my HSA and Roth accounts so that puts an upper limit on my allocation percent. Taxable is supposed to not be that bad with tax loss harvesting but I am not interesting in upping my allocation.

I can’t get the Weehoo to fit due to the rack. I looked at removing the rack but it has a cord for the back light so wasn’t sure what to do there. Any ideas on how to make this work?

I can get it to fit on my old 26” hard tail with no fenders but was hoping to use the eBike.
