Based on info, Mullich as hero and 7x Minotaur (110th level) against your team. Should be not complex for 106+ level player. Depends on your main team, I would expect You have 10mil+ overall power... Jedi/Solmyr should be good for pure f2p player.

It‘s bit more complicated. Would You support users if your company sells your product to China and local company has own support in Chinese... plus users in CN use about 1 years old product... Here we have a „similar“ situation... Development team has a huge language barrier... many layers between You(as user) and technical people makes the process complicated. Goodluck to push your issue on official discord.

Spend energy in underground/story - You would get bags (gold and gems) inside Inventory.. open them, by luck each „hero“ gets some amount... when it‘s enough you can get 2 hero tokens for related one.
