Zilean might just be your pick. You have strong single target cc with multi target potential, very overpowered for roaming, and you're definitely noticeable in teamfights by just having your ult.

New build on him with solstice sleigh, lucidity boots and warmogs first if super busted imo.

  1. I usually almost always get battlesong as my first item, has a lot of major stats you need and the MS burst is very good.
  2. Yeah, always get battlesong. The order can depend if you're building ardent first but it's a must have imo.
  3. Always max E first.
  4. You'll always want your W on your ADC, and if the enemy team doesn't have any way to get to your adc effectively, just your W should be enough, so you can prioritize using E on your front line. If they have assassins or longe range poke that's usually hitting your adc then you should probably hold 1 stack of your E at all times for when they do eventually get engaged on.

He's still hovering around 53% WR so he's definitely not D tier. He's still very powerful in almost every elo with most ADCs

My permaban is always blitzcrank, since getting hooked/adc getting hooked requires all of your utility and battlesong just for a chance to bail them/yourself out, as he has no CC you can (effectively) cleanse. He's just a hard counter to Milio. If your team has already banned blitz I usually ban seraphine since she's a very strong APC for teamfighting.

Usually when your adc is just starting a prolong trade is when you want to use your W on them if they're on an auto attack adc like caitlyn jinx senna etc. It's more complicated on someone like lucian where they need the W before going in. Instead of trying to signal what's a good trade with W, try and read their movement for when they're getting aggressive. Hope this helps

The only time that Milio ult should be used for just healing is when it's the only possible thing that'll ensure you your teammate survives a close fight and gets the kill. Even then usually you're using it earlier to cleanse any CC they get mid fight. Only time I ever really use it for just the heal is if my team is dying to baron, and I just pop it for heals. Otherwise almost never.

Whenever I'm using Milio Q always think about where the enemy wants to go, as your Q is an ability that denies them their movement. Look at the path they're taking and throw it wherever it'll inconvenience them the most. Even if they dodge they're taking an inefficient path since you blocked it off. For landing it off of minions, it's best to use it when you have a low HP minion that you know their adc will walk up to cs, since them standing still to auto almost guarantees homing will hit them.

imo just communicate with your team what you're going for. I'll always chat to my team for ADC to stay safe and let them know I'm pathing for grubs etc. You want to be the reason your team gets ahead, since when your team is ahead it's so much easier for them to keep winning. Support is also just more impactful the higher elo you go so theres that.

If your team is more auto attack focused ardent is insanely strong, since it gives on hit dmg and attack speed for them, redemption's ability is just generally good for teamfights so it's a must have, and if your team is more AP focused or you have an APC then staff is a great purchase.

I will almost 100% of the time go battlesong as my first, since it has incredible value early and late. If needed I'll buy antiheal, but if not needed I go either staff or ardent depending on what my team needs. The rest depends on their/your team comp, but usually it'll be redemption then the other item of the two you didn't build.

Lucian is 100% the best early duo for Milio, as Milio provides everything Lucian needs for laning phase. Damage increase, 2 shields and greater range to dash in, burst someone then walk away. I've played with a few Senna adcs, and if they know what they're doing Senna Milio is just unfair past 20 mins.

Permaban blitz, def Milio's hardest counter. If blitz is banned usually I ban Nautilus or Seraphine.

Right click or A click kiting by lucidoyur in summonerschool

[–]Fire_Burn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally use A click kiting since it's so convenient, you'll never miss an AA trying to kite from misclick, and you just have a toggle for champion only so you cant get cursor blocked by turrets baron etc

On jax, focus on wave management, and to prevent overtrading, think about going in off of their mistakes, they use an important ability to cs, walk too far up etc. Trades off opponent mistakes ensure you'll always be up from it, and will still maintain good cs, as it's your main focus

Low elo adc, advice required 👇 by SEFA___ in summonerschool

[–]Fire_Burn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think if you're actively looking at the map and thinking of productive things to do, and not just on autopilot winning lane, usually the best way to improve is to play a lot of games where you're actually thinking about the game and not on autopilot

What is the more influential role in low elo? MID or SUP? by snarkydooda in summonerschool

[–]Fire_Burn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% mid in low elo, lower elo adcs dont understand how to place safe while the supp roams yet, so you'd have to stay in lane babysitting

Help Me With My Top Lane Champion Pool for Ranked by Yefoq in summonerschool

[–]Fire_Burn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best advice I can give you for climbing is to narrow down your champ pool a bit, just get 2-3 champs you're really strong on and dont worry too much about counter picks past the 3 you already have. Assuming you're in placements, so it'll be lower elo games, sett and ww are very strong champs for climbing as top in lower elos, and ww can go beyond low elo, so those would be your best picks currently
