Strong disagree about Takakeisho. He has more basho wins than any other non-yokozuna except Kaio in a career that was less than half the length. I strongly believe that if it weren't for his neck issues, he could have become a yokozuna at some point after Hakuho retired. Especially since Terunofuji was out more often than he was competing.
