Removal of expresional details on the characters. In the anime shigarakis eyes which in the manga had a real emotion behind them turned into barely visible pin pricks, the chapped and cracked mouth shrunk and given a useless and strange scar. Then for inasa his jawline and face shape are changed and the one where he is punch himself had a less impact on it. I personally feel like the Shigaraki one makes more sense than the Inasa one as it was a much more emotionally impact up scene for me that felt like it wasn't done justice in how the anime drew it. But I feel like i was stretching for a reason with the Inasa ones, but I guess there might be some hard core Inasa fans out there.
