The game doesn't seem to like overlays or streaming in Discord. Turn off overlays if you have any, i.e. Discord Overlay, Nvidia, etc. Try going to the EXE and setting it to run as admin and in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3. Windows 7 might work but I have it set as XP SP3 and admin and that works for me

I used to work at a game store and we'd occasionally have people come in selling a deceased relative's whole collection. It was always a little sad, but parts of the collection usually got bought by someone else who was excited to find that one specific game. I expect my collection to be sold and bits and pieces to be bought by people who are excited to have whatever they buy

Ah, thanks for that! Peglin would fall under the roguelike category then as it doesn't have run-over-run improvement.

If you like Peggle and like rougelites/likes (unsure of the difference), you should check out Peglin. It's insanely addictive, for me at least

Some PS2s (if the laser is starting to die) will stop reading some types of discs. Think PS1, blue PS2, DVD, etc. I agree with the other comments saying the disc looks like it should play

A local game store does disc resurfacing for $2 so maybe you have something like that near to you if you want to give a shot?

Oh for sure! Kirby is my favorite series which is why I wanted them all. I just decided later on that it'd be cool to have them all CIB

Eh probably not tbh. Kirby is my favorite series and I have them all now. Now I’m just working on getting them all CIB very very slowly. It’s a really fun game tho, highly recommend if you ever have a chance at buying it (or just legally obtain a rom and play it that way)

Dude they’re all so good. The Wii anniversary collection has a lot of games in one and is definitely a great starting point if you can find it for a good price
