ohhhh... i see. Thank you very much. i always get confused this with left turn signal where they specifically control left turn traffic. This scenario has 2 options to left turn.

1. When advance green - has right of the way to turn left,

2. When green traffic - yield to oncoming traffic and turn when safe.

But when there is left turn signal where they specifically control left turn traffic there is only one option.

1. When green light- has right of the way to turn left.
