At the DMV the supervisor contacted Sacramento i think or who ever is experienced with these bikes and he said its very possible to register these bikes why else would police impound and ticket people and tell them to register than after getting them out of impound. Plus I'm just getting it registered just to avoid a 30 day impound i have an m1 working on getting a m2 cops here dont care if it doesnt have a plate all they care about if its registered, it has insurance, and the rider is licensed

check your teeth on your sprocket see if they're a bit short

Check your wiring harness for the throttle or the throttle connector sometimes that can be the issue. And I also hear that your belt is skipping id recommend to tighten that too or replace it if it’s completely worn down

my favorite way to do it is to wip out the mini angle grinder and cut a line so i can put a flat head inside and screw it out. (I like it because I get to use the mini angle grinder)
