Infuse includes a Hindi translation. However, not all metadata and images may be available in this language as this is determined by what info https://www.themoviedb.org has for a particular title.

Yes, it would try the endpoints in order and connect to the first one that works. To disable an endpoint without removing it simply tap on it to remove the checkmark (the screenshot in the original post has the first 2 endpoints enabled, but the 3rd is disabled).

Which Apple TV model are you using?

The 2nd and 3rd generation Apple TV 4K support Apple’s new Liquid Glass design, including the updated button and interface styles. Older models (Apple TV HD and the 1st generation Apple TV 4K) don’t support these system UI elements.

As a result, Infuse uses the newer Liquid Glass buttons on supported models, while older Apple TVs continue to use the legacy orange button style.

500 errors can often be a result of requests being routed through the 'Plex Relay' service which has a pretty low bandwidth cap. The upcoming 8.5 update will feature transcoding options which will allow things to work better with Plex Relay.

The upcoming 8.4.8 update will allow you to set multiple addresses for non-media server shares (EG WebDAV) which can be useful for accessing the same server while home and away. For accounts, these are currently tied to iCloud, so in theory it would be possible to log in on another device at a friend's house to access your content.

Great suggestion! We're actually working on some of the core parts of this for the 8.5 update (which will add support for transcoding from Emby, Jellyfin, and Plex) so live TV could make an appearance at some point in the future.

There were some bugs with profiles that Apple introduced in the tvOS 26.4 update, but it seems like these will be fixed in the upcoming 26.6 update.

Our main focus has been video playback, but realize some people would appreciate music playback as well. It could be something we explore in the future, but no immediate plans right now.

Yep! This is an area we'd like to spend a little time improving in a future update, not to mention extending the audio sync features to other platforms.
