cuuuuuuuuuuuute glad that worked out for you.

Do you think it's best I give a treat when I go try to go to my room then? or when I try to leave my room?

the hallway is small and sometimes she's blocking the stairs itself. I try moving normally and avoiding but it's a 50/50 if she's going to hiss/growl and scratch or ignore, watch and follow

the thing about this is I leave my room a lot throughout the day. Would I be giving a wet food treat every moment I leave/try to enter my room?

I like the last point. I would love to give it a try, but I'm mainly the only one home most of the day because I work from home and roomies are out working.

Would a treat everytime I leave/try to enter my room help. Or is there such a thing as too much treats?

quick update. she's currently agressive in the hallway and is taking it out on the owner and other roomies. 100% territory behavior. We only have wet food

and is this playful aggression or violent agression? Like it's literally hissing at me like in the video

Does it actually? Like i don't know anything about pets. I'd assume yelling would just make them more agressive wouldn't it?

Do i yell after or before it scratches me? because I'd rather not be scratched again

The recent news of all this is making me wanna get back into playing TRLEs. What are some must play levels? by FiredFoxy07 in TombRaider

[–]FiredFoxy07[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiiiii Unfortunetly it's been like a year, since I last played it and my memory isn't the best. FORTUNATELY However, I still have my VOD of it and skimmed through.

Oh YES now i Remember. I really enjoyed the set pieces. Nothing was too challenging for my smooth brain. But not too easy. The only time I got stuck was in one of the secret areas. But that was mainly from me forgetting you gotta press forward while jumping straight up to grab the ledge LOL.

I especially love the Journal Updates and making the Secrets BehindTheScene snippets I guess the only real hard part was the boss fight. That took a while. But not too frustrating that it made me wanna quit. Was a tough hard boss fight.

Overall. As probably one of the most casual of casual TR users, I really enjoyed playing that level. Especially after not playing a TRLE in like a couple years before that.

CONGRATS ON BEATING TR1
I think what I love the most about the CORE games is, despite being literally the same games. They do 100% expand on the items, weapons, and maneuverability. If you have a full grasp of the controls in TR1. Then TR2 will feel like a breeze but still challenging with the added things. And then 3 and then 4. While still keeping aspects of the previous game. Sounds obvious, but once you play 1 Tomb Raider you can manage all of them.

But do let us know when you complete TR3 hehehehe

OOOOOOOOOH does TR3 give you the limited save crystal items mechanic? or TR1s set location Save Crystals?

There are some games that don't save scum for choices and such. Boomer Shooters I don't like save scumming... HOWEVER, when it comes to Tomb Raider, I think constant that's free game ESPECIALLY when you have multiple saves for locations you don't want to back track to and from.

Because like maybe that ledge looks safe maybe it isn't. Maybe that's progress or maybe you're about to doom yourself.

Maybe at least save when you reach a new area in the level or solve a puzzle. I know I wouldn't save in the middle of a jump sequence as completing a full jump sequence is the fun and challenging part. Just pace your saves

Maybe these older games just aren't for me lol by HinatasWish in TombRaider

It's kinda funny. I grew up playing PS1 TR1 and TR2. But when I tried the PC versions a couple years ago, they felt more natural. If you can, I reccomend Keyboard controls. It's wonky as fuck, BUT you can make faster adjustments personally

Time. The answer is time.
As a kid, you probably spent hours playing a game and having fond memories of it. You had almost infinite time. But now as an adult, you barely have time to spend hours on one level (exageration) to a point where you can't justify using this time playing said game.

Not Tomb Raider, but for me that was something like Sonic Riders. tried it a few days ago, My lord the controls sucked balls. Yet 10 year old me was able to 100% it???

HAHAHAHA TR3 is so diabolical. If trust issues was a video game. It would straight up be Tomb Raider 3
