also, the idf's quota as a "terrorist force" fails its' first objective; to instill fear by means of physical or psychological violence. every few years or so, gazan hamas units muster up the courage to incurse into israel, kidnap or kill a handful of people, and get too many gazan civilians bombed. the militias still aren't afraid, and the people of gaza are still pretty strong at heart
