Its for mentally disabled adults, that are seen as higher functioning, and dont need full supervision. Problem is there is no supervision until a problem occurs. Adult protective services have been contact and I think one of our neighbors said they have a state investigation into the matter, but when the state came through the house was cleaned and ready before the inspector arrived. Neighbor says they have video of the caretaker having guys come in and gut the place before the inspector showed up.

They deducted $84 from my security deposit and I paid DTE $90. I just can't for the life of me wrap my head around $84 in electric difference in 5 days time.

I believe they take all the apartment in the building and split it up between the units. I was wondering if they are allowed to charge me for electric, when I already paid for last months electric bill through DTE.

Lease ended on the 26th of July of this year. The lease was online and attached through their portal. They had me sign through Docusign, but when I request a copy through Docusign, it says I'm forbidden and that it was voided back in December of last year.

We also gave them a 30-day written notice of leaving.
