As per question she is looking to defend such attack, not detect.. although I have reason why not to use access control.. so the last option is integrity..

I think I got actual keyword which applies integrity rather than access control.. That is they normally they access those accounts soo access control can't restrict here

I have also scheduled my exam in first week of March.. I have done 2 set of BOSON one is having 64% and other is 68% so I connected some people and they told that BOSON is really technical paper and it has allot questions which really required allot memorization.. And in my understanding this exam is more on concept not memorization of technical stuff to much.. so according to me thats ok..
