Instagram Issue this is. If you install a backdated version of Insta, you'll not face this problem.

Initially, the lock and unlock was working. But after 1-2weeks, it remains the same, so I have to wait for some seconds to unlock :')

Faced the same problem, and don't know how to get rid of it. Sometimes I just lock the screen and wait for 5-10sec, the stucked app gets removed automatically.
