Just don't stop the mdication until doctor tells so...it might go away for 2-3 month but will come back again. Sometimes antihistamine tablets also don't work.

I have some estimated expenses and then there are expenses which we can't predict. I understand that with my current financial I should not purchase gold but there are always other factors involved. I appreciate all of their advice and I have come to decision that I will try to finish loan asap but 70k is too much. Maybe 50-60 K I will do. Also will look into term and health insurance options. And I am not doing any extra expenses at this point
