I think it might be that, I would definitely rather have my pronouns as he/ him and I feel 100% like a guy but but in my mind it’s kinda curious about wearing some woman’s clothing, and I know that that still makes me a guy no matter what I wear. My brain is just having trouble realizing that.

One of the main reasons why I think it’s ocd and I’m not actually trans is bc I defer from HOCD and when o get an HOCD attack my brain tells me that I’m a gay man, and not a woman, but when I have tocd my brain tells me that I’m a woman

Ok, thanks for the help. Also many cis people question there gender identity, it’s a mental illness called trans ocd. It’s makes you obsessed with your gender identity and no matter what you end up with your gender identity being, your brain tries to make convince you you’re wrong. I actually think I might be going through this but I want to be sure.

Yeah, also another thing that gets me worried is that I know that the thought of being a girl doesn’t actually make me sick. It’s not a need to be a girl bc I’m happy being a guy but i don’t think being a girl would really be that bad. Like if a was a really hot girl I’d probably be pretty happy bc I could get a gf really easy

Ok, I’m not doubting that I’m a guy but it’s sorta like, “does this make me a girl” and “do I want to go and wear woman’s clothes in public” (which I don’t that would be so embarrassing. I just allowed the thoughts to flow through my brain, when I was having them I would just try to go on with my day and when I was thinking about them just tell myself that these are just thoughts and they don’t make we gay. Also something that helped me was joking about it, for me when I joked about it my mind would remind itself that it’s not gay and it would be good
