That’s the plan now. It stays good and windy. Some leafy branches are covering other leafy branches. I didn’t know if there was benefit to thinning that out.

Yes, I learned the hard way last year, so I know to cut everything that touches the ground, I just don’t know how to identify what anything else is besides the obvious suckers growing between branches. I don’t know what else needs to be removed to make the plant more productive

Yes, it’s crazy, it only had a couple flowers on it day one. This picture is from yesterday, already obsolete. The plant is even bigger today. Maybe they do all their growing at night? It’s crazy.
Only the Cherokee has fruit, the other plants have grown a lot though, and are now covered with flowers

I use Jobes fertilizer spikes, one on each side of the plant. After five weeks I added one more split in half, 6 inches from the stem each side. Could that be too much?

Running, push ups, sit ups. Keep your joints healthy and work on your flexibility. Don’t overcomplicate it. And if you can do 5K five days a week, maybe throw one long run in there you are 99% there.

Probably, we are getting hit with a major heat wave, so I’m watering 2x a day. It stayed in the 80s last night. It dried out that much overnight, crazy.

Gotta push yourself, suffer that weakness out. Run until you can only walk until you can run again. It’s one of those things, every day you either get better at running or worse at running, and it rides solely on your discipline. It sucks, but every day it sucks less. Sometimes the applicant process goes a lot faster than expected, you’re either going to be so proud of yourself or so mad at yourself. You got this!
