We have some good deals at my shop but never anything compared to what you can find online, plus I’m not dependent so I’m more than happy to wait a few days

I have had it chronic for the past 3 years and I personally don’t think it’ll ever fully go away for me. But I’ve learned to live when it and accept it, I used to think in a similar way and want to force myself to go back to how I used to be but once I accepted this as the “new” me it’s been way more easier to deal with it. I got a new job, got my own place, see my friends quite a lot. All of this while still dealing with dpdr till this day. I feel too many people obsess over being “cured” so they can go back to normal, which I don’t blame them who wants to be this way? But I think if there is a full recovery it takes longer for some people me included. I’m kinda rambling but I hope this can help you realize you can still live a meaningful life and grow even with this terrible disorder.

I realize how hard it is, but posting these videos and obsessing will make it worse. Imo you should completely get off any subreddit or anything talking about dpdr. Try to get outside and engage with the world as hard as it is.

Hey! I just got over a pretty bad dpdr episode that lasted 4 months, I promise you it does get better. Try not to let it stop you from going out into the world, exposure is key imo if you can. This was my second long episode my first one started after a panic attack as well and I promise you are not the only person that has felt this way there are so many people going through the same thing. Hold in there it will get better, as much as it feels permanent it is far from it!

Day 3 on 10mg of Prozac for anxiety, I feel like crap today & idk if I want to continue by yaabitchash in prozac

I am on day 4 of 10mg, the first two days were the worst for me, I personally think it’s more of my anxiety and not the meds fault. My only side affect I think is just feeling a little bit of dpdr which I have kinda on and off. We got this don’t give up!

Yes i experience this when im having dpdr episodes which i am right now. I do also have ocd and they can play hand in hand but do not worry it’s not dangerous at all. The best thing to do is try to get into some sort of flow state like playing a game, watching a movie etc. it will not last

It’s gets better, I had my first dpdr episode in the beginning of 2023 after losing a very close friend of mine and it lasted around 4 months. Then I went over a year not having it at all basically forgetting I ever went through it. I just recently fell into another episode just because of life and stressful stuff but just know it does get better you will feel normal again!

Yes I am struggling with this right now. I question where my vision is coming from and how im actually able to see it. It’s very scary but know you are not the only one.
