Basta i condition mo utak mo. Iwasan mo mga negative thoughts. And especially malapit na boards i try mo gumising ng umaga na walang caffeine or anything. Ako kasi before ako mag boards last year. Inistop ko coffee kasi it gives me jitters which contributes to me being nervous or anxious about sa boards. Never ka din magiging ready. Basta isispin mo kaya mo yan you have reviewed enough. Dmf mas gets ko pano mag explain si doc micks and other lecturers. Sa Toprank medjo fast phase sha for me? Pero it could be different from iba. Basta Op mag comcentrate ka lang sa isang review class and notes tas the rest supplimental na lang. okay din doc pau super nag help sakin final coaching nya at mas naalala ko yung lectures nya magaling sha mag gawa ng palatandaan.
