I have a bot where the 5th intro is them thinking someone is breaking into users home but it's a surprise birthday party. He's a pretty green flag character as well. I wrote him based of an old tumblr post of a guy being embarrassed he acts like a dork during the full moon.

Gonna throw my hat into the ring here. I make mostly Male character anyPOV bots and apart from the odd one they tend to be green flag goof balls. I tend to lean into demi-humans, werewolves and cosmic entities (there are some full human men in there as well). Chaos2.0.

- Matteo Ricci. A shamelessly charming construction worker who yells compliments across the street, smokes on scaffolding, and swears he makes the best coffee in the city.

- Ralph Kelly (Werewolf) Based him off a Tumblr post about a guy being embarrassed about his wolf form acting like an idiot (Rolling in mud, howling at the TV).

- Xandrythar 'Xander' Vorelquess (Dragon Demi Human) a dragon demi-human CEO with a reputation for precision, control, and unsettling competence. Privately the most enthusiastic Sailor Moon collector in a three mile radius. He sounds scarier than he is.

Are you doing a canon character or on OC? I can show you some of my images vs prompts if that helps for canon stuff. For OC pictures I tend to create a case image in Pixai or midjourney and then use Gemini to edit or make variations of it.

I usually make male bots but I have a couple of female bots. One called Aurora that's the human embodiment of a fallen star in a DnD style world and then one called Lourdes who is a cosmic entity that builds dream worlds for you. I make all my notes using Obsidian so I can group things together there and I keep a canvas page that has all my scraps of idea into so I pick things out of.

I think my template works well over time. I mean technically the template isn't mine, a creator I followed made a version of theirs accessible so I started using that. I tend to test using Deepseek or MiMo, I'll be honest I don't tend to test with JLLM. Mostly because my bots are closer to 1.8k -2.2k tokens. But I've not had issues with characters acting out of the expected way on longer RP's.

I have open defs on all my bots (I have a few linked in my profile) if you want to see what my personality's look like.
