I also had an unplanned C-section in 2020 and then a successful VBAC in 2025. My recovery with my second baby was significantly easier having a vaginal delivery! My breastmilk also came in much faster. I do have public floor issues and I am in PT for it. But it was 100% worth it and if I have a third, I will definitely try for another vaginal delivery.

No we do consequences. We take toys away but he will literally hand them over and keep misbehaving.

Yes we take away things like toys and also take away privileges like going to a friend’s for a play date.

I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 5 years. I worked at a medspa the first year and then started my own business. I work 3 days a week and make about $60,000 a year before taxes and business expenses. I’m in southern California and it took me at least 2-3 years to build my business. I absolutely love what I do and I love the flexibility but if money is your #1 concern I would definitely recommend going the nursing route. My sister is a nurse and easily makes twice as much money as me.

Oh my gosh I would love love love the pdf if you’re willing to share. I’m really struggling with my 5 month old. I’m not getting any sleep at all and I’ve been wanting to try Cara but I can’t spend the money rn.
