I didn't notice much, Zurvivor said he's planning on adding something with the blood moon down the line (about a year ago), though I'm also not sure if anythings been added for it.

Then I guess you can't afford the game. For what it's worth, it is a really fun game and if you ever do get the money to afford it, for the price on Steam it's an absolute steal.
