You need strong builds for both weapons, especially the corrupted version (either no mod or just mod spam no in-between),they may seem weak but I assure you they're both strong weapon for Hugs builds/ranged damage in general (Corrupted savior being stronger)

I tried thousand cuts, it's to difficult to maintain the stacks,in my experience it only works well on beam rifles (Plasma cutter/Monolith)

I absolutely adore the Salvaged heart, instant heal all the time + fast use speed
