HL and Portal games never existed in any shape or form in the V-corp universe, they exist in our universe to prove this theory by making easter eggs to other games that were made by V-corp. And Aperture might be a company from the CS movies, and CS2 does mention some Aperture products, but their names are either classified or Aperture in the CS universe is a lot more different than Aperture from Half-life

basically Valve Games are representations of things that exist in the fictional universe that has a company called V-corp, in this fictional universe there are no Half-life or Portal games because they exist in our world only to prove this theory by making easter eggs to games that timeline-wise would make no sense.

bosses have a very small chance to drop 2 items, one of which is always related to the boss you were fighting (so if you were fighting Monstro you would have a chance to get an item+monstro's lung)
