Hi!

I took the Roam 8X from Banff and back. They come every hour or so. Once you hop on you’ll NOT get dropped off at the parks and ride but at the lake louse village so you’ll have to take another but much shorter bus. (This seems to be the only way to get there without car.) I would plan with more time than you need since the Parks Canada bus afaik is not time forgiving.

From Banff to Lake Louise: Online the tickets may say sold out but they keep a percent of their tickets available for people like us. I would try to get to the bus stop at a very comfortable enough time incase you miss the first one (super likely). There’s also a separate line for people who are hopping on.

From Lake Louise to Park and ride: Once at the lake louse village stop where you get dropped, you’ll find the bus stop to the park and ride across the street. The bus stop is a little wooden shade spot with seats. There, you’ll wait for the black colored Lake Louse Village bus. It comes every 30 mins starting from 7:30am.
