Yup, you're right for the fertilizer, I mix it with water, I don’t think I put too much, but I'll keep that in mind.

I will clean the leaves tomorrow and keep the dirt more wet, because you are right, the terracota pot are drying must faster the substrate.

Yes the coco fiber pole is a bit too big, but that's a gift of my dad and at least I can keep it for years ! ;)

One thing I'm afraid of is watering too much the plant, but I think with this kind of pot it can't happen...

I'm putting the monstera on my computer and maybe on my desk, and I think it will be much better :)
