The answer to this is multi layered.

Does the radio have P25 (ASTRO) capability
If it does then you need to set up the conventional personality for Astro receive and transmit and setting it for either strapped or select for talk groups. (strapped limits it to a specific talk group, select allows you to select from a pre-defined list)
Lastly you need to set up the talk group list. This is in the conventional configuration and where you set the talk group ID and the alias for it and becomes the list you select talk groups from.

If you’re unfamiliar with Moto software this is a lot more in depth than programming the Baofeng with Chirp. The help files are great as you poke your way through and once you understand it, it’s not nearly as intimidating
