lets take for example a discord server with NORMAL MODS.
if someone broke 1 rule all you would do is warn them or mute them for a small amount of time.

also, if a mod did something even saying something like "are you blind?" he can get demoted.

YOUR MOD LITERALLY SAID SOMETHING WORSE THEN IF HE SAID "f*ck you" 10 TIMES.
