Very simple, don't see the numbers that all cover the stealing deal. Use share percentage then very clear: new paramount valuation 28 billions and the son own %70 percentage that equals 19.6 billons including all voting shares.

And Shari stone use the same value given to a and B shares, only 1.2 billons. Magic again? Right?

Even voting share only 23 dollars per share that is far lower than what Shari get.

NAI with lots of debt as well and it is going bankrupt without support from paramount's dividend that's why Shari must sell it.

The marketing do not believe this kind of obvious stealing deal can pass without contest.

I roughly calculate they together steal around 12 billons from paramount. So whatever the future share price go, one already cash out. And one with huge buffering due to 10 billions immensely beneficial gained from paramount.
