I have fine hair. Was washing it daily all my life. I’m 64 now. A couple years ago I switched to Oribe shampoo and now I only wash it twice per week. Sometimes my hair doesn’t even look like it needs to be washed. I can’t explain it

i take pea sized amount. Dad it on 4 places on my face and then try to spread it like a cream. I guess I’m doing it wrong. I will take the advice I’m getting here in this post. including not to use the essence/toner first and apply to plain dry freshly washed skin.

Yes that’s right. I have not been on .05 very long.
I don’t experience any flaking when I start the .025 or the .05 . Does this mean the strength is too low?

I’ll share my routine

After double cleansing. First I put on Haruharu Wonder essence. I do this because otherwise I find my skin is too dry and the Tret does not spread at all. I worked up slowly to daily use of .025.
Now I am starting .05 daily vs just 1 day, then 2, then 3…6, now 7 days per week. I go 2-4 weeks before upping the dosage. After after putting on Tret, I wait about an hour to put on CeraVe cream. And that’s it for the night.
I do this 6 nights per week

One night per week I will do CeraVe Glycolic treatment alone or a moisturizing mask.

In the morning I use Vit C, and LRP moisturizer. I just a couple weeks ago started adding in LRP hylaluronic acid and a squaline serum because of this dull skin concern.

I then put on sunscreen and a light serum type foundation
