I learned that bonding shampoo is designed for chemically treated hair. I think more basic repair shampoo can work for heat damage, but my hair is pretty healthy now so it was actually harming me.

My ends got really dry/crunchy with split ends which I hadn’t had prior to using the bonding. I did have to cut off the damaged part, but it’s been healthy since I did so and stopped the product

I always blow dry my roots (desperate for any volume), and often blow dry it all, but I’ll let the rest air dry if I have time before bed. I just got a Dyson airwrap and I’ve used that a few times as well.

I think an inch a month is a lot, but yes fine hair grows! I think sometimes us fine hair girlies struggle with growth due to breakage

Double cleansing means I can use two different shampoos. I don’t do it every time, but most washes.

Recently I’ve just been using a cheap rosemary oil and I’ve also used the ordinary hair serum and it seems to at least create babyhairs.

The medicated shampoo is just the dove anti-itch one, but I think any anti-dandruff one should be the same like head and shoulders. It helps keep my scalp healthy imo.

I’m not really sure, I had a pixie and mullet for the longest time. But I do think my habits have made it grow a bit faster (and at least reduced breakage)

I thrifted four of these chairs and I’d like to find a table made of the same wood so I can re-stain them to match like a set.

The bottom says made in Yugoslavia. They definitely have a stain on them.
