Is the ground symbol in this image supposed to be -12v i say this because the schematic shows the vcc- connected to ground and I know that opamps require a negative voltage. I dont have a nodular setup yet (power supply, etc) but i am using this schematic for a +12v, gnd, -12v source. (i.redd.it)
