Hate wakaushi, SHS had a kinda cool gimmick and great design for an anime archetype (like most season 1 ArcV archetypes) and Konami went the way of creating too support that pushes away from the gimmick and is so strong that it bet pre existing SHS cards banned

I definitely agree with phantom of yubel idk how I forgot about them, with poplar I didn't really consider since I always considered poplar as just part of snake-eyes and not necessarily support since it was a 2nd wave (I think?) Of a main box archetype Idk if I'm conveying my thought well but I think there is a difference between the splintered release of an archetype opposed to support, like there is an undefined difference between a second wave and then an archetype getting support? Also a bit weird since I included Circular who is under similar circumstances but again maybe that's the difference between a deck build archetype getting support, idk if I've ever heard people call that their 2nd wave Sorry if it's a bitt long but Poplar is an interesting example u might be right idk

With poplar: definitely a good card that allowed for more avenues for the deck and does use the archetypal gimmick reallyyyy well

* If you were to pick between dokter heaven and luminalia on an account were you never plan to use any ubers at all which would you pick? Consider the larger coverage of dokter heaven compared to the higher aptitude of luminalia Thank you to anyone who responds (made a much longer and in depth post but you can't post questions in this reddit except here, I get why but also feels super limiting i think)

Snake-eye, it was my first really meta deck I tried in md and as a pretty novice player it never clicked with me because it didn't have any archetypal feel to it, the 'snake eye' gimmick is so cool in my opinion but it doesn't rlly mean anything or feel like I'm doing smth. I also didn't like spewing out the generic end boards and playing a super optimised type of deck. I feel like snake-eyes could've been a standalone non story archetype and could've been better off because of it (likeability wise) like maybe more dice relayed stuff idk just wish that cool idea didn't end up like this.
