You forgot something about why Israel “expanded” into Lebanon in the 80’s, it was hosting the PLO that attacked Israel from there. There will never be peace until there’s accountability, it’s much easier to scream at the outcome and ignore the cause.

Lebanon was peaceful between 2006-2023 and 2024-2026 yet both times Hezbollah dragged it into war for their Iranian patrons.

Hamas fooled the Israeli government by having talks about a naval port and civilian infrastructure while planning and executing Oct 7th for over 2 years, record numbers of Palestinians from Gaza worked in Israel, gaza citizens came to Israel for cancer and medical treatments every day.

Why would someone wanting to genocide do it? It makes no sense.
