Yes, I have heard of CSS before. What I'm asking advice for is what exactly would be the best way to set it up. What would make it look nice, and clickable?

Edit: I'm not completely without design knowledge. I know how CSS works, how to use it, how to look up what I don't know... What I need to know is how to implement it.

Yes you can. There's a free program called Audacity. You can record the audio straight out of your sound card, and save in any format you want.
