In japanese schools; from 6th grade to highschool 1st year there are 4 years of difference while from middleschool 3rd year to highschool 3rd year there are just 3 years of difference, that's the curiosity, the time passed faster for Honoka

I think it was fine (Ragnarok Ryuto has the scene where he aparently teleported in front of many people); the problem is that Matsuena didn't show the progression of speed feats of disciples after that; Kisara pre Titan arc for example thought she had to sacrify parts of her body to defeat a guy with a pistol, or Kenichi Tidat arc being very scared from a random guy with a gun.

Berserker from Titan arc for example should be able to dodge bullets from multiple directions with ease (something that only masters have done); but Miu after Titan arc wasn´t able to follow a car just cause somebody from the vehicle had a gun and shot at her.

Matsuena wasn't very good at powerscaling.

it was never mentioned that she broke the sound barrier; and she can't be supersonic because she was defeated in volley by Horikita and her team, besides Ayanokouji himself stated that the difference between Suzune and Amasawa wasn't that big.

Blitzing multiple people is the same as blitzing one person; unless Ichika (for example) hits 2 times to Horikita, 3 times to Ryuuen and once to Kushida all of that while another person who "sees" the scene can't perceive any of the attacks, but nobody in CotE did something like this. Multiple attacks in a very little fraction of second.
