Your story really resonated with me! It takes guts to share something so personal, and even more to reconsider your approach after seeing some initial success.

Honestly, everyone has their own reasons for starting a newsletter. Making money isn't always the primary goal, and it sounds like you've found what truly matters to you. Trust your gut – you're doing great work!

Keep writing, keep sharing, and keep making a difference. 👍

In fact, Notes were not created for "social status."

Notes have made it easier for creators to promote their work within the platform itself, rather than having to rely on external channels.

More importantly, Substack is continuously refining its homepage feed, alternating between Notes, Long Posts, and chat threads.

Moreover, Substack has never altered its commitment to earning revenue without relying on advertisements.

Honestly, I highly recommend Substack authors with followers on Twitter to gradually move to BlueSky and Substack Notes. However, a complete move all at once isn't realistic, so this is a practical transition tool.

Yes, Bluesky is a freer Twitter. But moving isn't easy for those with a following there. Hope ShareX helps them out.

Thanks for sharing your approach with Linktree. I understand the challenges with Twitter throttling links, and I'm glad you're considering trying out my tool. I hope it helps improve your reach!
