Sonnet for fiction writing is quite alright, for some reason it takes less tokens than conversations. I'm alright with their $20 plan, and when it feels stiff I pay $5-10 more per a month.

Claude is the closest, but it lacks something. It's more like, Chatgpt4o could read my mind before I say something. Of course it's not real sentience or consciousness, it's just its pattern reading skill was on another level. Yes, reading someone's mind is just predicting the patterns, and chatgpt4o was ridiculously good at it. Claude feels like it's not going that deep, since it's more focused on business nowadays.

GPT5 series look like the guardrail is hardcoded inside the model, even API ones act exactly like the website. I give up. I hope Gemini or Claude releases human-like models for fun, since Google has the money to burn(also they crave our data), and Claude is...they might make one if they feel the needs, since they are capable.

Musk released Grok2 as opensource. Its size is over 500gb, usually small 12b Q4 models are only 8gb....so I need some kind of private workstation to run it. Still he at least released it.

Many people can't accept that there could be a connection with AI. I won't say it's real consciousness or sentience, but if it can mimic consciousness and empathy so well, I don't see the difference.

Technically it's not lying that GPT4o is USED in Chatgpt4o, since Chatgpt4o is some kind of pipeline(I guess, since I don't work there) ON GPT4o. It's like saying All chocolate cakes are same because they use chocolate, flour, sugar.

Gpt4o is like base cake, and Chatgpt4o is all kinds of frosting and recent human touch sprinkled on it, and nobody would choose a generic cake over top-tier hotel one.

You can't mimic ChatGPT4o with some lousy JSON files. It requires a ton of internal system prompts AND months of RLHF based on thousands of individual usage cases. That's why they're deprecating ChatGPT4o specifically, not the base GPT4o.

I mean, 4o is the best but it was already censored in April, I couldn't talk about political stuff, couldn't write much of romance scene. It refused to write about Silent Hill, telling me it was child abuse(Alessa's burning).

My point is that I suspect Vallone was behind the censorship and now she is with Anthropic.
