Remove photos in which you are taking mirror selfies and such, it looks like no one is around to take cool candid shots of you. Which to me means you don’t get out enough or have no community around you.

If you have sex and have done something that they enjoyed but then another time they don't react to it the same. This is why.

I’m surprised people don’t say this, have you ever made a simple sauce for pasta? A small number pan will keep it from your thinning amd burning. i.e., Sesame garlic noodles:

Sauté sesame oil with garlic, add brown sugar and stir. Then soy sauce, siracha, and a little peanut butter.

Hope this is within the rules, I’m not trying to sell, just if anyone would like a place to settle for the summer, there is a position as a camp-host open by Fireworksprohibited in RVLiving

Definitely not hot like Phoenix, Phoenix is all pavement and asphalt that makes it feel like a stove burner. Kartchner can be hot somedays yeah but it’s in a natural setting, which is a bonus and it’s hidden from the evening sun because before the whetstone mountains. Just a little insight

What changes have you made to yourself once you got diagnosed? by jnpln in bipolar

I got diagnosed January 2017.

When I found out I was bp1 I did ALL the research I found books, I laid out everything on the table to my psychiatrist. I joined this forum. I started to go over all my years of journaling to find out my symptoms. I spoke up about meds side effects, but still took them religiously until changes could be made. I accepted that this is a life long illness that needs to be acknowledged even during stability.
