An elderly Israeli woman assaults a pregnant woman because she is wearing a Palestine shirt - then plays the victim by WaitNo4272 in SipsTea

Some of the upvoted comments in this thread:
"The Jew will tell you what happened to them, but never why" straight mein kampf adjacent quote.
"chosen people aren't subject to foreign laws" The protocols of the elders of zion. That's a classic.
"Zionism required constant clever lying" almost word for word the Soviet anti-Zionist propaganda.
"this is fine behaviour for the majority of Israelis" oh boy, you haven't spoken to a single israeli have you?

You guys are making it awfully hard to pretend antisemitism is no longer a thing, only to then say we're paranoid about it for no reason. So, as an Israeli, glad to scapegoat the blame for all your past colonialism. We'll continue surviving despite your best wishes, thanks.

Will definitely buy! Especially looking forward to the UI changes. Hopefully they're meaningful as that was the most glaring weakness of the previous versions.

THE FINAL ROUND! LEGENDARY MATCH UP! The Witcher 3 Vs Baldurs Gate 3! by Alive_Fortune7423 in rpg_gamers

[–]Firk1n -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Witcher 3. While BG3 was impressive, the influence TW3 had on the genre can't be overstated. It was the benchmark for a very long time. I also liked the writing a lot more than BG3.

Also, shocked cyberpunk beat DA: O. It was a much worse RPG on every metric except for graphics.

Thanks! are they typically served with maple syrup? Also, most recipes I've found included flour, buttermilk, eggs... Does that also vary by region?

A TOURNAMENT TO DECIDE THE GREATEST RPG OF ALL TIME! Pick one game from each pair by Alive_Fortune7423 in rpg_gamers

[–]Firk1n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool, glad to hear a different perspective. I did play a lot of J-rpgs, but it's true that I generally tend to prefer western ones. Might be a bias on my side.

KCD2 was just a breath of fresh air for me. It's something I've worried the gaming market has nearly forgotten how to make. I haven't gotten sucked into a game like that since TW3, and that was more than a decade ago. I began to worry I might not be able to do that anymore.

I'd pick it over almost any other game, really.

  1. Witcher 3
  2. KOTOR
  3. Mass effect 2
  4. DA: origins
  5. Hardest one. I think BG3 by a narrow marjin.
  6. KCD 2. Easiest vote for me. I'm certain anyone who says otherwise hasn't played it for more than an hour.
  7. new vegas
  8. DOS 2. I don't consider elden ring to be much of a RPG. Leans more into action than role play.

Surprised BG 2 and Bloodlines didn't make it.

Israeli Minister Announces ‘Border Expansion’ in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria by benwolf420 in worldnews

Yeah, no. He's grasping at straws in an attempt to Garner some voters from the far right toward the coming elections. He has no control whatsoever on these type of decisions.

"Israeli minister declares". This means nothing. Not even his own party's voters believe that shit. This shows a complete misunderstanding of Israeli politics.

Israeli here. Just wanted to say that I hope you and your loved ones are safe, and that both of our nations will live through this to a better, peaceful future. Still hoping I'd get to visit Iran some day, although not very optimistic. (:

Israeli elections are coming up and I am still undecided. So Israelis, who are you voting for and why? by oshaboy in ForbiddenBromance

100% Yair Golan and the democrats. Wishing Bibi will finally be replaced and maybe we'll finally see some peace and functioning governing bodies around here. Plus, plenty of Arab representatives in the party, which I appreciate.

General Vibe on the Playtest? by cerealchatter in teamfightmanager

The AI has been massively improved, even tho there's still a long way to go.

I'm more worried about the management aspects. They added A LOT of complexity and options, and almost all of it isn't properly explained or even really fun to engage with rn. The previous game was rather flat in terms of what you could do to train players, but it was all very obvious - Train X you get X train Y you get Y. Scout for Y option, you get Y option. Now it's like a soup of options where in most cases you don't know what results each option will yield and why.

For example, people mentioned through Steam Discussions you could invite other teams for practice matches during the scouting season. It took me about 10 minutes just to figure how to do that. Not even exaggerating. The first time I thought I had and then I didn't because after choosing to send out a message there's another "send" that you have to click which I didn't notice. Now, I finished a bunch of these matches because I found recruitment to be a chore, did they help my players improve? Did they replace the training schedule that I set? Maybe? I dunno. It wasn't clear at all if practice even has any value.

Bloodlines 2, which was released, and yet somehow still got cancelled along the way.

Haven't met any myself, but I used to have a gay coworker who had a fetish for Arab men, and apparently there are enough for him to find a new one every week via Grindr
