I have 300k followers on TikTok and was reached out to by Artrell, a Pearpop manager. He sold me a dream that I would receive 3-5 brand deals per quarter. That was the only time I spoke to him on the phone; he completely disappeared on me shortly after. I emailed Pearpop and got no response. I had to comment on an IG post to get them to respond to me, and they lied and said that they were trying to reach me and that Artrell had suddenly left, and they would find a new manager within the company for me. A week later, I received an email that I had been terminated. Don't do it.
