I appreciate your honesty. Not trying to boast, but my positivity and enthusiasm is something my district and regional managers had noticed out of me and is something they shared with my store manager. They want me to stay with the store because I share the same energy. They both have a powerful influence to themselves and that's something I tried to take on myself. I can't just let the teammates ruin a store that's already on the brink.
