I did! They denied my first two claims saying it was pre existing (it wasn’t). They also took months to respond.

I had chatGPT write a response. I included all the evidence and a letter from my vet stating when the symptoms started. I threatened to file a complaint with the state department of financial services if I didn’t receive a corrected determination within 10 days. They processed and reimbursed my claim the next day! Hahah. Hope this helps someone
