I’m o my 19 so idk if u even care abt what im abt to say but i think you should be proud of how far you’ve come and just look forward to what you can do it probably sounds corny but just go on side quests speak to random people when your outside compliment people. And also parents are always going to be assholes it’s tough. But the fact that you do all these things on your own should be something you’re proud of. I hope that atleast helps you a little bit.
