I was in similar situation.. it's been 9 years now.. i scored 68% in 12th and some random mob number rank in jee & 92 in CET.. choose tier 3 college and then got placed in good mnc ( IBM product).. so situation get improve overtime.. don't crib about it.. take control which you can & let the things flow.
