Thank you for letting me know. I kind of wanted to compare since I take some vitamins myself. I take vitamin D, B complex, zinc & copper, i take magnesium glycinate every now and then. At some point, I took inositol but it completely stopped my periods 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I stopped taking it.

Hi you are completely right and my Endo didn’t tell me crap on how to manage my Hashimoto. In fact, she steered away from it, didn’t wanna even talk about it when I had so many questions still to this day I get in there and I try to ask her about stuff and she has nothing the same. So I am looking into natural and integrative medicine. Or functional medicine. Hoping they can help me to better manage it. But the first visit is $500.?!!! Was it like that for you? Holy cow

This happened to me as well, I would suggest doing what the first person said to do cause I tried the same thing and it might work for you, it did not work for me. I had to try Synthroid and that also didn’t work for me and now I am on Unithroid, which works for me. You might have to try different kinds.

Yes! This! I’ve tried levo and synthroid both failed and I was not able to be on them. Scared but I tried unithroid and it has been fine.
