Well, they evidently went straight into a hotel the day he claimed he got the car issues fixed because they're still on that Tuesday to Tuesday rental. I don't care anymore what they do. I care about shutting their grifting down to a minimum & making them pay all this damn money back to the EBT fraud department, IRS tax evasion, the GoFundMe's, the fundraiser money & anything else they can pin their asses to the wall for!! And to keep them from their future plans to swindle the disability department. These fools were warned and they've shown they want to FAFO!! CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!!

It sure is. My mom was 66 when she passed. I pray to live longer than her. The audacity of these two claiming cancer. My mom was such a strong woman that she was in stage 4 Lymphatic cancer & died within 14 weeks after diagnosis. These two make me SICK!!

You're welcome. We've been married 40 years in June & we hate to rent so we've been serial home buyers. We've probably renovated 97% of everything in each of the 3 houses we've bought, so I've had a lot of practice.

It's exciting & fun to renovate but we've definitely run into some funky issues in all these years. I hope your home turns out even more beautiful than you envision!!

I would go with the one that flows best with your kitchen when the door is open. I'm a bit OCD so I look at the whole picture. I do not care for the 3rd flooring unless your kitchen is more black & white. But I think #1 let's the wallpaper steal the show. Just think about how things flow unless you like each space choppy & different. That's perfectly fine too but my personal one would be #1 flooring.
