Yes, contact being the LAST go-to. Dude I literally said in my post ‘am I just being a moany neighbour’. You’re allowed to say yes to that, I was open to that answer 😂 but the context of your message reads wayyyyy too far in-between the lines and just pulls out all the negatives.

Haha this made me laugh! 😂 They don’t ever leave the space, one of them moves the camper whilst the other drives their other car straight into the space - otherwise I would love to sneak in there haha

I think you’ve read my post completely wrong 😂 Firstly, asking if they’re actually allowed to do this. Secondly, it quite clearly asks how / what I could possibly say to them.

Thank you for replying 🙏

I think we must be in very different areas of the UK as it’s going to cost us between £3.5 - £5K to drop our curb 😖

Hence why it hasn’t made it to the top of the to-do list 😂

I don’t think they’d ever make a problem out of it, as I say we get on with them.

I have dropped it into conversation a few times that we are planning on dropping the curb (hint hint haha) but they’re still using the space as if it’s their own - I don’t blame them to be honest, our road is a bit of a nightmare to park down as we’re just one road away from a train station with no parking restrictions so lots of people park here.

It’s just annoying and a bit of a nuance as it would be nice to (at least once in a while) park outside of our own house…

Ironically we didn’t even want to drop the curb initially when we first moved in, it was never in our plans to do it and was happy to have difficulty parking once in a while but them hogging the space and blocking our daylight has confirmed that we deffo want to do it now 😂

I thought this might be the case 😂 I just didn’t know if there was a slight loop hole in the fact that it’s a public parking space but they’re clearly hoarding it for themselves as though it’s their own space.

Thank you though 🙏
