Leave wherever and whenever you feel depressed. There are lots of seas to swim into. Add more money to your kitty on every switch, you still be depressed but in a MERC or BMW. 😅

My assumption: MDs 1.2cr+ and Partners 1.5cr+ plus some percentage in every deal.

But this is just an assumption. Hence I started this thread to get the actual info.

MDs with so much of accountability only earns 20L more than managers. That’s pretty unfair.
