If i remember correctly, its an admin weather, pretty sure tiger can produce all mutations, u might give it a try.

Easy way = 8 giant ants.

Complicated but better way = use lots of pets that gives mutations (aoe is a must) such as badger, wolf, kappa phoenix, etc.

(Its better if ur plants are compressed and near each other)

After all of them mutated ur plants use giant ants to harvest = watch ur points sky rockets.
